Feared farm, 22 set in 7 hours with a Spectre Ward Tank build from youtube/WifeDota so time can be improve with faster builds. Wasted like 15-20 mins for trades, spectre resummon due to Atziri's reflect, etc...

Starting cost is 48 divines for bulk buying all 22 sets of invitation on exchange (that's why im adding 10 divines into costs).

Profit is raw and can be much fluctuated due to randomness of drops (for example my 1st Bottled Faith went for casually 7.5 divines but my 2nd one have better roll and can be sell for 12-14 divines at least). All the Watcher's Eyes is being keep Unidentified and sell in bulk for more stable & better price (so their profit should be at least 1.4 divines each instead of few dozen chaos in revenue). Bulk sell also apply to fragments and invitations.

We can achieve higher profit by keep and vaal the common unique drop from bosses to search for valuable corrupt implicit (or just throw them into Disenchant in Kingsmarch for Dusts) & keep an eyes for influenced bases or synthesized bases. I'm not adding Synth and Influenced bases reward into profit (which is about 18+ divines total - got a 15% str 30% spell dmg synth amulet that sold for 18 div) because sometimes you get something, sometimes you dont from bases.
