Beasts+Essence

Super easy strategy that is now stupidly profitable in Affliction. Requires very little preparation and almost no in-depth game knowledge.

Our goal for the map is to go as fast as we can and search for two types of beasts: frogs (Craicic Chimeral) and spiders (Fenumal Plagued Arachnid). Depending on the market, you can include other beasts too. For the essences, you also judge by the prices, but for now, it's worth opening only the most juiced essences (at least multiple "shrieking").

Tips/bugs:

• Generally, you don't need a super-juiced character, but it'll be better if your character has high movement speed and enough DPS to kill red beasts fast.

• I mostly run T6 Strand + T5 Fields (all favored to Strand and one favored to Fields). Map sustain is over 100%, so you don't need to buy maps. I started with 16 maps, and it was enough for sustain.

• It is important to run low-tier maps, because hier tiers can spawn more different beasts. If you can find a lot of T3 strand it will be even better due to T5 introducing new beasts.

• IIQ/IIR on both gear and maps don't influence beasts and essences, so just run white maps.

• BUG: For some reason, Bestiary orbs don't work from the Wildwood backpack; just use them from your main inventory.

• BUG: Sometimes Einhar will disappear. One way to fix this is to go to the boss and back (on both maps, there is a separate room for the boss).

• There are cases when a yellow beast is inside the essence. In general, you want to skip such essences unless they are crazy juiced. There are two reasons for this: 1) you won't receive essence drop until Einhar catches both beasts, so it will slow you down 2) Sometimes stars align in the wrong way, and these mobs are stronger than some pinnacle bosses.

• If you want, you can sell yellow beasts on TFT, but in my opinion, it's not worth it.

• I used a 2c craft for essences on every map.

• Don't bother deleting beasts from the menagerie. Carry 1 stack of Bestiary orbs and use them immediately after you catch a beast; this way, you can't lose a beast due to the menagerie deleting beasts when full.

Drops disclaimer: I'm almost sure that I never missed Chimeral, so the data must be pretty accurate on this topic. On the other hand, essence data is skewed because I skipped most essences due to their low price compared to Chimerals. Also, I omitted other drops:

- Currency and scarabs almost canceled out with the cost of Bestiary orbs.

- I dropped the "I See Brothers" card once (28 div), but it seems too lucky for 248 maps, so I decided not to include it.
