Atlas tree:
Medium
Eater Altars
Shrine
Boss rush
1 hour
+1.6d
100% More Scarabs (uncorrupted, before chisel), no % More Maps, % More Currency, other rolls didn't care
Scarab Chisel, for obvious reasons
3 Skittering (scarab) Delirium Orbs, Fine would also be good but Diviner's is overpriced right now
Templar Astrolabe
Q: Why are there chaos orbs in the cost?
A: It's the cost of the originator maps. I got them for less than 140c each but I put 150c each just in case.
Q: Sample size?
A: 5 maps. This is probably one of the most expensive farms in the game right now, hence the low sample size.
Q: Fubgun said 40d/hour, why is it much less?
A: Because I'm stupid. I forgot I was supposed to boss rush to get the % scarab duplication altars easier. I feel like this cut my profits off by a solid 5-7d. I also died a lot and took about 10 minutes per map. I feel that this is also one of these strategies where if you're not fast enough, you're not going to see a lot of profit/hour.
Q: Atlas tree setup (why are some scarabs blocked/boosted and not others)?
A: https://doobyy.github.io/ScarabEV/#atlas
Q: Should I sell ALL scarabs?
A: No, only ones that are worth it. You can 3:1 at any vendor bad scarabs by selling scarabs highlighted in this regex: https://doobyy.github.io/ScarabEV/#scarabEV
Profitability: 10/10. It's extremely potent at printing expensive scarabs. Nothing else to add.
Difficulty: 4-6/10 depending on the build. 60% Delirium already gives some builds trouble, and scarab % rolls do not help as Volatile Cores are part of the potential modifiers, so either tanky build or build with a lot of avoidance. Speed also helps, can't get hurt if you're not there :p. I would recommend using a build that doesn't brick with a lot of/any mods for cheaper maps.
Speed: 4-8/10. Extremely build dependent. Shouldn't expect to be as fast running Boneshatter Juggernaut than LA Deadeye for example. This farm requires clearing most (if not all) enemies as vendoring bad scarabs 3:1 helps a lot.
Investment: 0/10, literally the most expensive farm in the game. Nothing else to add.
Consistency: TBD. I've seen people complaining that they got extremely bad results (as low as 4d/hour or even straight up a loss) and others say that they farmed multiple mirrors with this. My own results say it's pretty consistent, but I'm not everyone.
Enjoyment: 10/10. Popping an entire pack and hearing 2-3 tinks in the same pack is extremely satisfying. A lot of tinks over the entire map too.
Overall: 6-8/10 depending on your patience to collect everything and build. Would not recommend running less than 5 maps if you do run this strategy.
